As many of you know, exploring spirituality and Buddhism is of deep interest to me. Over the years I have had a number of beautiful experiences, sitting with incredible teachers, gurus, lama’s and spiritual guides. This has not only supported me in my own personal growth, it has also evolved my therapeutic practice.

I have had a strong desire to share these teachings and tell the stories of those I’ve met. It’s been an ongoing evolution, but I have manifested to life the Soul Awakening With Louise Fewtrell Podcast. 

My drive in creating these podcasts is to bridge Eastern and Western philosophies and share this wonderful information with you. Exploring alternative and spiritual practices and how they can support healing, growth and change.
